侯利陽，意昂体育教授、博士生導師、經濟法學教研部主任，入選國家重大人才工程青年學者。主要研究領域為競爭法、互聯網規製🥷👖、歐盟法、法經濟學等⛹🏿‍♀️。獲比利時魯汶大學法學博士學位，2007-2011年比利時魯汶大學意昂体育助理研究員。自2011年起在意昂体育工作，曾任意昂体育院長助理，目前擔任科斯法經濟學中心主任🙈、競爭法律與政策研究中心副主任🙀、意昂体育學術委員會委員。兼任SSCI期刊Computer Law & Security Review編委、上海市經濟法學研究會副會長等😽。

        已在《法學研究》《中國法學》《中外法學》《法學家》Common Market Law Review👩🏿‍🎤、Computer Law & Security Review🏍1️⃣、Telecommunications Policy等國內外權威期刊發表論文八十余篇；出版個人專著三部👩‍🦲。學術成果多次被中英文刊物轉載🚴🏽‍♂️，獲上海市曙光學者、中國法學會董必武青年法學成果獎三等獎✴️、中國經濟法學研究會經濟法總論優秀論文一等獎等榮譽。主持國家社科重點項目🧙🏿‍♀️、國家社科青年項目、教育部哲社項目、上海市哲社規劃項目等國內外縱橫向課題二十余項🙆‍♂️。多次參與我國反壟斷法執法細則製定⌚️、歐盟電信法修訂等立法活動🐁。主持上海市教委全英文示範課程Chinese Competition Law。

        Liyang Hou is currently Professor of Competition Law, Director of Economic Law Section, Director of the Center for Law and Economics, and Deputy Director of the Center for Competition Law and Policy at KoGuan Law School, Shanghai Jiao Tong University (Shanghai).  He worked as an assistant researcher at the Interdisciplinary Centre for Law and ICT (ICRI) of Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (Belgium) in 2007-2011. He started his professorship at KoGuan in 2011. He is a member of Editorial Board of Computer Law & Security Review, vice chairman of Shanghai Economic Law Association, and a fellow in Academic Society for Competition Law, Shanghai Competition Law Association, and China Economic Law Association. He has published about 10 books and more than 80 academic articles in referred journals. His research covers a variety of domains, including competition law, telecom regulation, innovation, economic analysis of law and comparative law.
